Terms of Service & Liability Framework

These terms govern all transactions with BETTY'S CARIBBEAN FUSION LTD. By engaging our services, you enter into a binding legal agreement with the entity registered in the United Kingdom.

1. Service Availability

Delivery is restricted to authorized zones within Northampton and surrounding regions. We reserve the right to refuse service based on logistical constraints or safety concerns for our transit operatives.

2. Pricing and Payment

All corporate service agreements start from a base rate of 300 GBP. Payments must be settled via corporate bank transfer or authorized credit facility prior to delivery. VAT is applicable at the prevailing rate.

3. Liability and Force Majeure

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by 'Acts of God', severe weather in the Midlands, or unauthorized civil disruptions. Our total liability is capped at the value of the specific order in question.
